Refunds/Cancellations Policy:

– Cancellation: A full refund or no charge will be imposed if written notice is provided no later than 14 days before the service’s commencement. If notice is received within 14 days, no refund or full cost will be imposed.
– Postponement: At least 7 calendar days’ advance notice is required for no penalties.
– Products: Issues must be reported within 14 days of purchase for a case-by-case refund or replacement. No refund will be given for issues reported after 14 days. Please check products upon receipt to ensure satisfaction.

Camps:

– Camps are subject to minimum registration and may be canceled up to 14 days before the start, with a full refund if there are insufficient sign-ups.

Vouchers/Promotions/Discounts Policy:

– Valid only for Birthday parties and Holiday camps, unless stated otherwise.
– Use one voucher/promotion at a time; multiple discounts cannot be combined.
– Unless stated, all voucher codes/promotions/discounts are valid for one year from the date of giveaway.

Please be informed that photographs and videos may be captured during camps, parties, and after-school clubs for marketing purposes. In accordance with our commitment to privacy and compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) policies, if you prefer not to have your child’s images used, kindly contact us at info@whizzkidz.com.sg.
