Hosted at The Ring @ SAFRA Choa Chu Kang, this action-packed 5-day camp goes far beyond your usual holiday programme. While kids step into the ring for beginner-friendly boxing and Muay Thai sessions led by professional coaches, they’ll also explore a world of hands-on science experiments, creative art projects, and fun cooking challenges.

1. What age group is Smash Lab suitable for?
Smash Lab is perfect for kids aged 7 to 12 years old. Activities are age-appropriate and guided by trained instructors.
2. Does my child need prior experience in boxing or Muay Thai?
Not at all! Our kids boxing camp is beginner-friendly and suitable for all fitness levels. The sessions are designed to build confidence, coordination, and respect in a safe, supportive setting.
3. What should my child wear and bring?
We recommend comfortable sportswear, socks, and closed-toe shoes. In addition, please pack a refillable water bottle, a light morning snack and lunch for your child. All activity materials and safety gear will be provided.
4. Is there sparring involved?
No. Kids will learn proper technique, footwork, and fitness through non-contact drills. There is no sparring in our camp.
5. Who is running the martial arts sessions?
The boxing and Muay Thai sessions are led by professional coaches from The Ring. They are highly experienced in teaching children and trained in safety protocols.
6. Will there be takeaway projects from the camp?
Yes! Children will bring home their art and science creations. Where permitted, we’ll also share photo highlights with parents.
7. What safety measures are in place?
Safety is our priority. All sessions take place in a secure, supervised environment. We maintain a low child-to-instructor ratio and follow strict hygiene and safety practices.
